Dear Lord,
The desire of my heart is to grow closer to You. To know You more deeply so that I can find my rest in You alone. Today, I pray that you would bring wise and Godly people into my life that draw me into a closer relationship with you. Your word says “Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.” (Proverbs 13:20 NIV).
I know that wisdom can grow in many ways but I pray today that you would bring Godly, wise people into my life. That you would open my eyes to those already around me who are wise and pursue relationships with them. Teach me wisdom in my relationships, in my finances, in my work, and in the way I raise my children. Help me to discover your wisdom like a hidden treasure.
