Daily: Being Still for 2 Minutes

Psalm 46:10a says “Be still and know that I am God.” A short verse with profound implications if we truly stop and rest in it.

Today I’d like to dwell on that verse a bit longer with a short 2 minute meditation.

Simply subtract one word at a time from the verse.

Sit with God, read slowly through it, and just be present.

Be still and know that I am God.
Be still and know that I am.
Be still and know that I.
Be still and know that.
Be still and know.
Be still and.
Be still.
Be.
