Daily Prayer: Help Me Become a Noticer

Dear Lord,

I pray that today you would help me to notice and appreciate all the good around me. Help me to notice the amazing flavors in my food and the fresh air as I walk outside. Help me to appreciate the smile of a stranger or the small act of kindness from a friend. Even in the trials I am experiencing in life please point me to the good that I know you are doing.

Please help me to simply stop and notice today.
